Linseed Gum
Basic Information
Linseed gum is a kind of natural,nutritive and multifunctional hydrophilic colloid food additives, the appearance is white to slight yellow powder. the product has high viscosity and high emulsification with good suspension stability, foaming and water retention, it’s an ideal food additives.widely used in foods, cosmetics and pharmaceuticals.
Property:As a thickening agent. it has excellent thickening,emulsifying,suspension and stabilizing effect and synergism with other thickening and emulsifying agents
Scope & amount of application:
Ice cream (0.3g/kg)
meat product (3.0g/kg)
Flour products 1.5g/kg)
Beverages (5.0g/kg)(except 14.01 drinking water)and other products need to be thickened food (As requirements)
Application instruction:
Disperse the product in cold water and soak for 10 mins. Stir,heat and dissolve completely to from a certain viscous solution. If there is inert ingredients during the production, mixed the gum with these ingredients to dissolve them into water fully and completely first. Producing according to different needs. The solution can be applied to different food processing.
The product also can be mixed with other ingredients directly.
Maximum application amount: 0.1~5g/kg
